All intellectual property related to the Services belongs to REFACT or its partners. Do not use it without permission.

Some features may require payment. By using these features, you agree to the applicable fees, which are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
REFACT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 6 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify REFACT against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
